ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products sold by the SELLER to the BUYER.

1.2 - BUYER
The BUYER is the real or legal person placing an order on ABRA UAV. Contact and address details declared during checkout are taken as basis.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The agreement defines the legal framework of sale and delivery for products ordered electronically by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT PRODUCT
Product type, quantity, model, sales price, and payment details are determined by order records.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER accepts having reviewed product characteristics, pricing, payment method, and delivery conditions before ordering.
Delivery is completed within legal periods; in force majeure cases, the BUYER is informed.
If payment is not confirmed, the SELLER has no delivery obligation.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
After withdrawal notice, the product must be returned within legal time and conditions.
Refund is made within legal deadlines via the original payment method.
OTHER TERMS
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within legal monetary limits.
By completing an order, the BUYER is deemed to accept these terms.
