1) General Information
The conditions below explain return and exchange processes for orders placed via ABRA UAV.
If any conflict arises, current legal regulations prevail.
2) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days of product delivery without giving a reason.
After the withdrawal notice, the product must be sent back within 10 days.
3) How to Submit a Return Request

Products should be sent with original packaging and all included accessories.
4) Shipping and Refund
If a contracted carrier is specified, the return should be made through that channel and no extra unfair fee may be charged.
Refunds are made within 14 days after the withdrawal notice reaches us, via the original payment method.
5) Conditional Returns and Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be limited for personalized items, products that lose resale condition after unsealing, and instantly performed digital services.
Products marked as 'Conditional Return' on the product page are handled within this scope.
6) Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by manufacturer/importer warranty.
Warranty remains valid when products are used according to instructions and without unauthorized intervention.
